Signature Homes has been building homes in West Auckland for over 25 years, and are now firmly established as one of the areas leading builders, with hundreds of quality homes built and many satisfied clients to prove it.

Owner's Paul & Sharon Armer believe in offering a quality, personalised service that will allow their clients to express their own tastes and individuality, in consideration of their budget.

Of course, Signature Homes West Auckland is also part of a network of builders that was established way back in 1983 – now one of the most experienced residential housing companies in New Zealand.

Business Structure

Paul and his dedicated team draw on a wealth of knowledge and experience, from the practical build of Signature's extensive range of plans to the high specification finish created by his Design & Build team.

Over the years our team has developed high skill levels due to the experience we have gained building on the diverse and often challenging sites which are inevitably found in West Auckland locations, says Paul.

Whether it be volcanic rock, steep or narrow sites, or challenging Local Authority requirements, we place a strong emphasis on providing attractive, cost-effective solutions whilst always placing priority on maintaining the architectural integrity of the dwelling, and the overall environment within the home.

Here are three handy tips to help us help you:

Consider your budget realistically before you get underway. Providing an accurate budget right from the start of the process helps to ensure you will get the best possible return from your investment.

We encourage you to define your design style. Create a folder with magazine articles and features of homes or rooms you like, include internal and external colours, fittings and fixtures, along with furniture ideas. This will be useful for all of the consultants who will be involved in your build.

Don't be afraid to tell us everything you have in mind for your new home. It's very important that we understand exactly what you want, particularly your 'must-haves'. If you don't tell us, you can be sure we'll be asking you lots of questions!

Looking for ideas and inspiration? Signature Homes have a long history of building unique one-off 'Design & Build' homes which are specifically tailored to your requirements. Sloping sites, narrow sites, small sites, or sites with south facing views all require a unique creative solution, which we can provide at a fraction of the cost of an architect.

Pre-Designed Plans

Building quality homes is what we've been doing for almost 30 years now, but what we've found is that some of our clients want the quality of a Signature Home on a more modest budget. So, we created the Pacific Collection of homes, a comprehensive suite of affordable pre-designed plans that provide practical modern design and exceptional value for money.

Knock Down & Rebuild

If you have a great section with an old home on it the possibilities are endless. You could knock down the old one and build the house of your dreams, or build two, rent one and live in the other, or sell one or both – the choice is yours.

Subdividing Services

Subdividing your property can be a great option potentially offering you very good financial rewards. Our team of experts will guide you through the process of subdividing your property from start to finish.
