Before joining Signature Homes, Terence was a director and shareholder of a mortgage and investment company and has a MBA (Master of Business Administration). Terence has had extensive management experience gained from two start-up businesses that developed into multi-million dollar enterprises. His skills include finance, sales & marketing experience.
Ngaire's expertise comes from 20 years in the legal industry, primarily in residential conveyancing and more recently in the Real Estate field. "We believe in listening carefully to what the client wants and doing our absolute best to match their wish list to their budget."
