Signature Homes have recently opened the second of their two new Waikato show homes on the corner of Te Huia Drive and Wysteria Place in Hamilton North.

The first show home was opened last year and was the first show home built by Signature within Hamilton City's boundaries, with the company's previous show homes in the area located in larger lifestyle subdivisions outside Hamilton. The team at Signature Homes were aware that this had left many people in the Waikato with the impression that Signature mainly build large, executive 'Design & Build' style homes. The newest of the two showhomes, The Discovery, has a much more traditional feel to it, and is clad in weatherboards, with a gable corrugated iron roof, and like the Te Huia, this home has also been positioned to harness the sun to the fullest The four bedroom floorplan provides fantastic indoor-outdoor flow and an extensive open plan living area, with an adjoining media room, and a separate study which can also double as a fifth bedroom.
