Waikiki - Pacific Collection Series II

In considering the style of this showhome, a floor plan and exterior look was selected that we felt would appeal to many of our clients – thus we selected a family home that was spacious, open plan and comfortable to live in whilst also being practical and stylish.
We modified one of our Pacific Collection plans, the Waikiki, to create a 253m2 home that has the appearance of being compact from the exterior. However, upon entering, the expanse of the home becomes apparent. The welcoming wide entry, with its elegant feature wallpaper and high gloss Sieme white polished 600 x 600 tiles, combined with the angled interior walls, is an unusual and intriguing feature of this home.
Open Plan Living
The open plan living, kitchen, dining and lounge area comprises total floor space of 58m2, in addition to the open hallway and entry which further adds another 23m2.
The spacious entry opens directly into the living, kitchen and lounge areas, tastefully decorated in neutral tones – the dark lounge walls surprise, but work exceptionally well to highlight the vaulted ceilings.
The floor plan was designed so as to be as efficient as possible, to maximise the usable space. The large windows and doors supplied from Thwaites Aluminium maximises the solar gain to generate natural heat, this in turn creates a very light and airy interior space. This, combined with the extra height 2.550mm stud and 2.20mm flush panel doors throughout, enhances the spacious feeling in this home.
The main heat source for the home is a stylish recessed 7.1kw Daiken heat pump. In addition, there is an attractive glass façade Rinnai feature gas fire (which has a 4 star energy efficiency rating) in the main lounge, supplied by Plumbing World.
Quality Knightsbridge carpet in a Muscovite colour is hardwearing and will retain its crisp appearance. The colour was selected because it added depth to the interior, without detracting from the homes' other features.
The interior was not just designed for its looks but also for future liveability. Well considered placement of lighting and electrical outlets add to the relaxed and romantic feel of this home.
Stylish elegant furnishings, which consist of an eclectic mix of sophisticated, modern, bright and cheerful combined with a moody colour scheme provide a rich look and feel to this home, at a very reasonable cost.
The Kitchen
Infinity Bench tops, with waterfall island bar ends are a strong feature in this beautifully designed kitchen which provides ample storage cabinetry, soft close drawers and additional Hafele storage solutions systems. The soft colours of the kitchen cabinetry in Ash White, and the Infinity bench top, are beautifully complimented by stylish and modern stainless Fisher and Paykel appliances.
The Bedrooms
The home features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own unique look and feel. The large 22m2 Master bedroom is beautifully decorated and provides a tranquil, luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere to this room whilst the fun, brightly coloured child's room provide a sense of fun that any child would admire. Then there is the French elegance in the guest room. Beautiful window fabrics add warmth, softness, and a sense of style to each of these rooms.
The Bathrooms
Quality was the most important consideration, which lead to the most trusted well respected brands being utilised for all of the fittings in the home's bathrooms.
The Master Bedroom ensuite is a particular favourite of the visitors to the showhome, with the 2100mm wide twin shower, set off with Waterfall shower heads, and complete floor and wall tiles. The family bathroom, with separate shower and bath and vanity, features the same quality and stylish fixtures that are used in all Signature Homes.

This home is a true collaboration between our suppliers, subcontractors and dedicated Project Manager, who is assigned to every single Signature Home. Robust Celcrete lightweight aerated concrete panels have been applied to create a sense of presence to the exterior of this home, and they work beautifully with the exterior Linea feature walls, macrocapa pergolas and fencing.
The horizontal schist pillars which frame both the main entrance and the courtyard area add a unique touch to the exterior look of this home.
