It was their reputation for quality homes that led us to Signature Tauranga, and they have not disappointed. Everyone that we have come into contact with throughout the process has surpassed our expectations. From our original onsite meeting with the designer right through to the finishing of our fabulous family home, we have found Signature to be professional, organised, and dedicated to building an absolute quality home.
Some of the real stand out key points for us through the process would be the quality control, through both the project manager and the builder. Living onsite while our house was being built gave us the opportunity to see just how pedantic their team was. This wasn't just limited to the builders. All of the sub-contractors did a fantastic job. Craig was an amazing problem solver, and always seemed to come up with a suggestion we hadn't thought of. Nothing was ever an issue.
People say to us that you always make mistakes with the first home you build, and ask us what we would change. The answer is honestly nothing. We are in love with our home. The floor plan is perfect. It looks fantastic, and it feels like home.
