'Firstly, we would like to thank you, Craig and the entire Signature Homes team for building us a wonderful family home, that we are very proud to show off to our friends and family. Even though this is our fourth house that we have built, and we have enjoyed building the others, we can honestly say that building with Signature Homes has been the most enjoyable of them all.
We looked at about 7 other building companies before coming to see you – this was mostly due to the fact that we thought Signature Homes would be outside our price range – however, we were pleasantly surprised to find that this was not the case. As we had an idea of how things worked within the building industry, we were becoming increasingly frustrated with the other companies we had been to, that they were not listening to what we wanted, and we knew from experience that some of them were under quoting the PC Sums just to get the business.
When we finally met with Craig and yourself, it was wonderful to talk directly to the owner (who also happens to have building experience) and be able to get a straight answer to any of our questions straight away, and who could steer us in the right direction if he thought any of our ideas would not work. We know straight away from your quote that your PC Sums were realistic, and the fact that your final price cam in so close is testament to that. We had no extra charges on top of the variations that we added, and therefore managed to stay within budget.
From the day we signed the contract we were constantly being informed of the progress, and we felt that if we needed to contact anyone with any queries that we had that it would no be a problem to do so. The entire teams that we worked with from the office staff right through to the sub-contractors were all really easy to deal with, and we often felt like we were given royal treatment when we walked into a shop and mentioned that we were building with Signature Homes. It was also the first time that we have ever had a house hand over early! Three and a half weeks early in fact! Once again, we would sincerely like to thank you all for a wonderful building experience and for our beautiful new home.'
