'For some years now we have been planning to build our retirement home on a section where we have an existing Bach at Omaha Beach, north of Auckland. A characteristic of our section is the wonderful landscape panoramic views we have of Little and Great Barrier Islands and beyond, and we obviously want to maximize this outlook whilst meeting Council's height and boundary restrictions. The way Steve walked us through the planning steps and the skill with which he enhanced our design is a credit to him. A point of difference for us was his availability and credibility when it came to responding to our enquiries and then his availability at all time of day and night. This was important because of the busy lives we both lead. Steve is both personable and professional in his approach to his role, always allowing us time to work solutions through for ourselves.
