'Building a new house, we were told, would be a traumatic experience. Working with Signature Homes made it totally stress-free. Steve Garvey spent a great deal of time getting to grips with what we needed in a house - finding out how we ticked: what would work for us and what wouldn't. The time spent doing that made the subsequent design process both straightforward and a lot of fun. Throughout the project we met a wide range of suppliers and sub-contractors - and, almost without exception, they were both pleasant and professional in their dealings with us. Their relationships with Signature Homes were obviously important to them - with the result that they were all very keen to ensure we were happy with their products and their work. And, now having lived in the house for a couple of weeks, there is nothing we would change. It's just perfect.'
