Signature Homes entered into a contract with my client, to construct a two-bedroom residential accessory building on a site in Papatoetoe.
Signature Homes were patient and cooperative during lengthy negotiations prior to entering into the contract.
They carried out the construction of this building in a thoroughly professional manner, and to a good standard of work. Their staff were helpful and cooperative in carrying out instructions, and at all times were aware of the requirements of the NZ Building Code and their obligations in carrying out the contract.
They were backed up by efficient office administration.
They managed their sub-contractors well to ensure there were no delays with the work, and that these sub-contractors delivered the standards of work demanded.
