"It has always been my dream to design my own home, and when I heard Signature Homes were coming to Whitianga I thought 'Here's an opportunity I must investigate'.
When I met Terence and Ngaire they had only just opened their new showroom; I was impressed by how friendly and welcoming they were and immediately felt at ease with them. I am living in Auckland so I was looking for someone I could trust and work with long distance.
By using my own design I presented them with a challenge right from the start but with their professional and helpful advice we soon came up with a plan that suited me perfectly. Their commitment and presentation during these early stages convinced me that I had chosen right.
Throughout the whole process from start to finish, communication was mostly by email. Terence's open and honest approach to my many queries always kept me well informed and feeling that I was involved with the whole building process. He even went out of his way to source quotes on my behalf for various extras that I requested.
Ngaire's assistance with interior decorating, and the time she spent helping me choose colours, tiles, flooring and the bench top was invaluable and made it so much easier for me. I could not fault Simon's management of the building project. His dedication and attention to detail is evident in the superb quality and finish of the house. Once again the high level of communication via email kept me up to date, and the progress reports and photos that came almost weekly were really amazing.
I am absolutely delighted with my lovely new home, and I am very glad that I chose Signature Homes to help me realize my dream."
