"After speaking with other building groups in town we decided to build with Signature Homes Nelson. We had a strict budget that we could not go over and felt that the Guarantees Signature Homes offer would provide us with the protection we needed.
Our site had a substantial slope on it with views to the east and north, we also wanted to capture as much of the afternoon sun as possible.
The team listened to our requirements and gave good advice on various products and designs that enabled us to maximise what we wanted within our budget. In consultation with their Designer we took parts of a standard plan and came up with a design that captured all our personal needs.
During Construction we were communicated with extremely well with numerous calls weekly. Dylan (project manager) was very well organised, due to this and the willingness of all the Signature contractors to go the extra mile we were able to move into our house approximately 4 weeks earlier than we first anticipated.
We have been through a number of Signatures competitor's homes and we can openly say that our home has the best finish of them all; the painters have taken great care and done a fantastic job along with all others involved in our home.
We are over the moon with our new home and have no hesitation in recommending Simon and the team to anyone who wishes to build. Everything we asked for we got and everything Signature said they would do, they did."
