We started working with Signature Homes Whitianga in early February 2010.
Throughout the design process we found Terence, Simon and Ngaire were totally committed to providing us with a home we could all be proud of. They worked well with us on the fine detail and provided us with many excellent suggestions and alternatives, keeping in mind what we were trying to achieve with the budget we had set.
The building stage was hassle free even though it was a winter build and we were kept up to-date with regular weekly reports and photos. From time to time we visited site and this gave us an opportunity to discuss first hand any changes or alterations. Their organisation was excellent. Our distance from site, one of our early concerns, was not an issue.
The beach house was completed and handed over in early December 2010 so it was only nine months from a blank sheet of paper to completion.
We are very pleased with the house, it is everything we expected.
