Dear Geoff and the team at Signature Homes – New Plymouth
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for building our new home.
When we decided to build we did a lot of research and met with a few building companies to establish which one would best suit our needs. After first meeting with Geoff at an open home in Bell Block, and then talking to others who had had dealings with Signature, we then decided Signature Homes was our best choice for building.
There were many plans to choose from, but after we chose the plan that suited us Signature made the process very easy, going through the full contract with us before signing.
Once the foundations were laid and the framing arrived the house took shape quite fast. We were very lucky to be living on site and we saw the progress day by day. We found the builders themselves to be wonderful, always accommodating and helpful when we had questions.
Now that we are living in our home we absolutely love it. It is very much what we were hoping for.
