We have had the pleasure of having a house constructed by Signature Homes of New Plymouth completed November 2009. We would use them if we were to build again and recommend them to anyone considering building a new home.
We had a Signature Home design modified to suit our needs and our dealings with Geoff Mockett and the Signature Team and associated contractors, who listened to us and worked for us, made the process of building relatively stress free. Any problems encountered were resolved quickly and efficiently.
We have a beautiful home which we love and it was delivered before time (no mean feat as the build was mostly over winter) and on budget.
