We encountered Signature Homes on a visit to their show home, we never went anywhere else. We liked their show home and the staff, plus the price was good, so it was a great decision.
We had always wanted a mono-pitch design, with lots of glass and space and a fire place in the centre of the living areas. We largely left the design up to Signature, once it was complete we made a few minor changes but the overall style was perfect.
Having never built before the whole process was a real learning curve, but Signature were great to deal with and so welcoming when we needed to discuss or wanted to change anything – there were no hidden costs to surprise us along the way.
Despite having never built before, we loved the whole process. We would honestly do it all over again tomorrow if we could. But as our goals have all been achieved in this build it would be unlikely we will be moving anytime shortly.
