Building a new home is a daunting prospect, especially when you are moving from one side of the world, UK to NZ, at the same time.
In Signature Homes Waikato (Pinnacle Building Ltd), we found a small dedicated team, with whom we established a true partnership, with a working relationship built upon trust and respect.
We discovered that one of the key aspects with a build project in NZ is the management of the sub-contractors. Signature Homes had two excellent Project Managers, who kept the project on schedule and all the various parties organised; managing issues and problems as they arose.
They were ably supported by the Owner / Managing Director, David Marcellus, when and if his involvement was necessary.
