It is our pleasure to provide this unsolicited reference to Signature Homes on the completion of our new home.
Can we say that this was an exciting and satisfying experience because of the following reasons:
- From the outset we had our own ideas of what we wanted which did not fit into any of their standard plans. This did not present a problem as Signature Homes made available their Designer together with Sean Clarke, one of their sales staff who listen to our wishes and this, together with their creative talents produce a set of plans which were exciting and required very little change.
- Through out the building process we had excellent communications with all members of the staff - nothing presented a problem.
- Their Building Supervisor Roger Gray brought to the project vast experience, good communication skills, attention to detail and above all a genuine interest. He treated the building of our home as if it was his own.
- Changes to the project were dealt with promptly and without "fuss".
- Since completion we have had excellent back up service.
The Managing Director, David Marcellus and all his staff were, at all times, very professional. David was ready to meet at any time to discuss any issues and his input and advice was appreciated.
Would we build with Signature Homes again? Based on our experience - Yes.
