Testimonial – Reg and Marie Denny

'There are plenty of contractors out there wanting your business if you are considering building a new house. This is why I'm writing this testimony, which may assist you in making a decision for the best solution.
After many weeks of discussion and debate with several building companies, Marie and I chose Signature Homes of Tauranga as our builder.
We were looking for a company that was sound in an economic sense, and had a good reputation in the market place. Our feelings were that it was very important in these hard times that we should not take any financial risks in using a builder that may go bankrupt before finishing our contract.
Signature Homes met the criteria in being a "sound" Company. Their guarantees were as good as it gets, which gave us a relaxed confidence that our money was safe in their hands.
So building commenced and the project was completed on the day they said it would be completed.
My wife and I have now lived in our new house for nearly two months, so we've had plenty of time to "test" the house, have a good close look at the finish, and generally appraise everything about it. We are very impressed. The workmanship is very good indeed. I personally would give it ten out of ten. There is only one small defect that is apparent, which is a small hole under the garage door in one corner. They will be attending to this minor problem.
From start to finish we found Signature easy to deal with, very approachable and most willing to allow us to work with them in obtaining the desired effects we were seeking. Their suppliers and sub-contractors were, in our opinion, very skilled at their work, and were able to meet exactly the specification and design.
We are very proud of our new Signature Home. Signatures slogan "Your Home Your Way" is very correct, and we can now say "Our Home our Way".
Would we build with Signature again? If the need arose, most certainly.'
