Our pre-designed plans are pre-priced.
Because our pre-designed plans are pre-priced, the price impact of any subsequent changes and amendments to the plans you may wish to make can be easily calculated. This means that we can give you certainty very early on in the process as to what the final cost of building your home will be.

Our pre-designed plans have been designed for efficiency, cost-effectiveness and the maximum utilisation of all available space, both in the home itself, and on the section where the home will sit. Where possible plumbing has been centralised, which not only reduces energy-use, but also means less materials are required to install the home's water and wastewater systems. Our Pacific Collection Series I homes also feature clean wall and roof lines, making the homes more economical to build.
Easy and hassle-free.
As the floor plan is already in place, along with the general specification (i.e. the materials and techniques that will be used to build the home), a building proposal can be put together in a shorter period of time, and in many cases the time taken to build the home will be shorter.

Alterations and changes can still be made to the floorplan to suit your requirements, and often at very little extra expense. Claddings, colours, fixtures and fittings for the home can all be selected to suit your tastes.
